We're pleased to say Ben has managed to get back on his bike and get the miles in over the winter, getting himself race-fit to the point where he managed to take first place in Sport in the first round of the Welsh XC!
Sadly, the attraction to hospitals appears to have been a little too strong, as Ben also managed to break his wrist on lap two of the race. We're pleased to see it was only his wrist though(!), and he should be back on the bike in 6-8 weeks.
Ben's still typing up his race report - apparently it's slow going with one hand..... ;)
